Having our own sewing room means there are no limits! We can sew in any size, color, or style. With the added benefit of years of experience from a family business, we can create fashion exactly the way YOU want it (and you!) to be. Since the brand's inception, we've listened to your feedback, crafted the styles you'd like to see in the collection, and responded to the practical needs that arise when wearing our coats.
With each new collection, we continue to grow. Every season, your favorite styles return, and new styles are introduced, tailored to current trends. Our team is constantly working to make our collections easier to browse, to showcase the beating heart of our company, and to invite you into the world of Salme.

A walk through the company
Our headquarters is located in Małopolska, where we have been running a family business for years. We have an office, design and construction studios, a pattern shop, and a sewing room where all our clothes are made. We never outsource sewing. Everything begins in the design and construction studio. This is where decisions are made about which bestsellers will return in the new collection and what the seasonal collection will look like based on current trends. Ideas and drawings from the design studio are sent to the pattern shop, where prototypes are sewn. Once the prototype is ready, designers and designers work on it again to perfection. The final design is then commissioned for sewing in the sewing room. Here, a multi-stage process takes place – from cutting the fabric, through sewing individual elements, to attaching labels and buttons, ironing, and packaging. Once the garments are ready, they are then sent to the warehouse, where they are arranged on special shelves that prevent the fabric from wrinkling and provide optimal conditions for waiting for their journey to one of you.
